The 2012 Jaguar XF is a midsize luxury sedan available in four versions: base Jaguar XF, Jaguar XF Portfolio, Jaguar XF Supercharged and Jaguar XFR.

The base Jaguar XF comes traditional with 18-inch wheels, back parking sensors, automatic bi-xenon headlights with washers and auto-leveling, LED running lamps, a sunroof, automatic wipers, keyless ignition, cruise control, automatic dual-zone conditioning, heated six-way performance front seatings with driver memory functions, a performance tilt-and-telescoping helm, leather upholstery and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. Also traditional are Bluetooth phone and stereo connectivity, a navigator, voice controls, a touchscreen controls interface and a 10-speaker audio system with a CD player, HD radio, radio and two USB stereo slots with an Ipod interface.

The Jaguar Xf's Luxury Suite 1 adds adaptive headlights, front parking sensors and a rearview camera. The Luxury Suite 2 contains a blind spot warning system, auto-dimming look mirrors, automatic high beams and a performance back sunshade. The Cold Weather suite adds a heated helm and a heated windshield.

The Jaguar XF Portfolio adds the Luxury Suite 1, 19-inch wheels, keyless ignition/entry, ventilated front seatings with add-on adjustments (12-way driver, eight-way passenger, four-way lumbar), extended leather dashboard trim and a faux-suede headliner. The Luxury Suite 2 and Cold Weather suite are auxillary along with the Sport Pack, which adds special 19-inch wheels, original look look-and-feel cues and sport seatings with add-on adjustments.

The Jaguar XF Supercharged gets a more comprehensive motor, an adaptive suspension, bigger brakes, 20-inch wheels, summer tires, the heated steering wheel, an 11-speaker audio system, and most of the content from Luxury Suite 2. The Supercharged does not include adaptive headlights or the performance back sunshade, but they can be added as features. Also auxillary are the sport seatings, heated windshield and automatic high beams.

The Jaguar XFR adds to the Jaguar XF Supercharged a more comprehensive motor, a sport-tuned adaptive suspension, various 20-inch wheels, more aggressive look-and-feel cues, automatic high beams, sport seatings, the performance back sunshade, a 60/40-split-folding back bench and a 17-speaker Bowers & Wilkins surround-sound stereo system (the latter two items are auxillary separately on all other Jaguar XF models).
