The Hyundai Trajet (pronounced as tra-jay, derived from the French word, meaning "travel in comfort") is a 7-seater multi-purpose car that is produced by Hyundai Motor Company. The series was launched in 1999 with the 2. 0GSI models and a choice of gasoline, diesel or LPG performance, followed by the limited edition SE 2. 7 V6 in 2001.

The front seatings can rotate via 180 degrees to face the passengers at the rear when the vehicle is stationary, and the rear seatings can also be turned into tables, making a virtual office room or picnic space.
Traditional equipment for the 2. 0GSI and 2. 0CRTD GSI (diesel version) comprise driver, passenger and side airbags, ABS with EBD, performance steering, bench belt pre-tensioners, front and back climate control, electric front and back windows, audio RDS Radio/cd unit, double folding second and third row seatings (second and third row seating is removable), and sliding outer seatings on second row.
