Kia Magentis details:
Aimed fairly and squarely at private and fleet consumers who'd like a Ford Mondeo, Vauxhall Insignia or Volkswagen Passat but don't fancy parting with that much money, the Kia Magentis, is a large saloon. Kia's developers have worked hard to bring the manufacturer's repmobile into the 21st Century. The overhauled Kia Magentis is longer, wider and taller than its predecessor and does exterior more up to date. However, we'd still say it is outshone by its competitors which have had more success at creating up-to-date looking vehicles. Unfortunately the Kia Magentis still looks a tad old-fashioned.

The luggage capacity has been upped to a respectable 420 litres and, should you need it, the back bench backrests fold down to accommodate longer loads. As already mentioned, it's a very spacious saloon vehicle. If you're after more room you might want to reconsider the sort of vehicle you're after rather than the maker.

Lots for your money here as Kia tries to woo motorists with a package of goodies. All versions come with air-con, electric windows, remote central locking and powered and heated door mirrors. Update to the LS model for automatic lights, trip computer, telescopic helm adjustment, full conditioning, heated front seatings, stability and traction control and emergency brake assist. We don't like the audio which looks like an afterthought but this is something Kia is addressing across its whole range.
