Volvo V50 details:
The 2011 Volvo V50 is a stylish and roomy luxury wagon, but there are better choices available. Volvo V50 Wagon offers the following pros: Impressive front seats; stylish and well-made dashboard. Volvo V50 Wagon drawbacks are: Not quite a luxury vehicle despite luxury pricing; handling falls short of true sport wagons; all-wheel drive is unavailable.
The 2011 Volvo V50 is a five-passenger compact wagon that comes in T5 and T5 R-design versions.
Traditional equipment contains 17-inch wheels, heated side mirrors, cruise control, steering-wheel-mounted stereo controls, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, an eight-way performance driver bench with memory options, a tilt-and-telescoping helm, neoprene-like T-tec upholstery (also known as Dalaro), Bluetooth and an eight-speaker audio with CD player, optional stereo slot and Usb/ipod stereo interface.
The T5 R-design adds aluminum roof rails, a sunroof, sporty look trim, a sport-tuned suspension, partial leather upholstery, a performance passenger bench and special R-design floor mats, helm, gauges and shift knob.
A Preferred suite is provided for the base T5 and adds a sunroof, a performance passenger bench and leather upholstery. The Climate suite is available with both trims, and contains headlight washers, automatic wipers, automatic conditioning and heated front seatings. The Multimedia suite adds a navigator and a 12-speaker luxury surround-sound system that contains radio. Stand-alone features include a blind-spot warning system, adaptive bi-xenon headlights, integrated back booster seatings, keyless ignition/entry, radio and back park assist. .
